New sections in the T&C

The addition of material on the Resurrection to expand Section 161 was voted in the positive unanimously. The Lord's approval of the scriptures project becoming Section 177 was also voted in the positive unanimously. They will be added to scriptures.info and the mobile apps within the next few days.
